Founding of XLR8 EMS
XLR8 EMS was founded in San Clemente, California, specializing in rapid prototype assembly and scalable production with a focus on speed, quality, and flexibility.
2013
Expanded Capabilities with 3D SMT Assembly
XLR8 EMS revolutionized its manufacturing process with the introduction of advanced end-to-end 3D SMT assembly services. By incorporating 3D solder paste inspection (SPI), automated optical inspection (AOI), and X-ray inspection (AXI), we enhanced precision, quality, and reliability for high-tech industries.

Acquired by American Pacific Group
Concisys and XLR8 EMS were acquired by American Pacific Group (APG) in 2022 and 2023, combining their strengths to create a leading provider of electronics manufacturing solutions.
